Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
2. PRODUCTS & VINTAGE CONDITION
NOBEL Store specialises in carefully curated vintage clothing and accessories.
Due to the nature of vintage fashion, most items are one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantities.
Vintage Condition
All vintage garments have been previously owned or worn. As a result, minor signs of wear, aging, fading or other imperfections may be present.
These characteristics are part of the unique nature of vintage clothing and should be considered before purchasing.
We carefully inspect and select our garments and make reasonable efforts to accurately describe their condition.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, measurements and photographs before purchasing.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
One-of-a-Kind Products
Most vintage items are unique and cannot be replaced with an identical product.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, NOBEL Store will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's statutory rights if a product does not conform to the sales agreement.
3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website.
Prices may vary depending on currency conversion rates and applicable international pricing adjustments.
NOBEL Store reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
International customers should be aware that their bank or payment provider may charge additional currency conversion or transaction fees.
These charges are outside the control of NOBEL Store.
4. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
Once payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage collections, product availability is limited.
In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable due to simultaneous purchases or inventory discrepancies.
If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a refund for the unavailable item or offer an alternative.
NOBEL Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in circumstances involving suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing errors or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.
5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Orders are processed as promptly as possible, and payment processing fees are incurred once a transaction has been completed.
Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact NOBEL Store immediately.
We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be processed before an order has been dispatched.
For transactions where cancellation charges are legally permitted, NOBEL Store reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Any applicable cancellation fee will be communicated before the cancellation is finalised.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Vintage Items
Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of our vintage collections, NOBEL Store does not accept returns or exchanges for vintage items.
We encourage customers to carefully review product photographs, descriptions and measurements before placing an order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is defective, significantly different from its description or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
NOBEL Store ships internationally.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched using our selected shipping partners.
Shipping Carriers
Orders within the European Union are generally shipped using DHL eCommerce.
Orders outside the European Union are generally shipped using DHL Express.
Shipping methods may vary depending on destination, availability and operational requirements.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
NOBEL Store will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping enquiries.
Nothing in this section excludes our legal responsibilities regarding delivery.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If incorrect or incomplete information results in additional delivery costs, these costs may be charged to the customer.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, taxes and additional handling charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by their destination country.
NOBEL Store does not determine these charges and cannot guarantee their exact amount.
Charges may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, declared value, country of origin and applicable customs regulations.
We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
United States Orders
Due to changes in US import regulations, shipments entering the United States may be subject to import duties and additional customs charges regardless of their order value.
The previous general duty-free exemption for low-value shipments has been suspended.
US customers should be aware that:

DHL Express or another authorised party may contact the recipient to request payment.

NOBEL Store cannot guarantee that an order will be exempt from customs duties or tariffs.
9. REFUSED SHIPMENTS & UNPAID CUSTOMS FEES
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable customs requirements in their destination country.
If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered because the recipient declines to pay applicable import duties, the shipment may be returned to NOBEL Store or otherwise handled by the shipping carrier.
Additional Costs
Refused shipments may result in return shipping fees, customs charges, storage costs or additional carrier handling fees.
Customers may be held responsible for reasonable additional costs directly resulting from their refusal to accept delivery or pay applicable charges.
Returned Shipments
If a refused shipment is returned to NOBEL Store, we will review the circumstances and process any refund required by applicable law.
Original shipping costs, return shipping charges and other expenses will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights and the circumstances of the shipment.
Abandoned Shipments
If a shipment is abandoned, destroyed or otherwise not returned by the carrier, NOBEL Store will review the circumstances individually.
No provision in this section excludes mandatory rights to a refund or other remedies.
We strongly encourage international customers to review customs requirements before ordering.
10. GIFT CARDS
NOBEL Store gift cards may be purchased and redeemed through our online store.
Validity
Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Redemption
Gift cards may be used for full or partial payment of eligible products.
Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases within the gift card's validity period.
Restrictions
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
NOBEL Store is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorisedly used gift card codes, except where responsibility arises under applicable law.
Gift cards may not be resold without authorisation.
Statutory consumer rights relating to the purchase of gift cards remain unaffected.
11. PRODUCT GUARANTEES & COMPLAINTS
NOBEL Store aims to provide accurate product descriptions and carefully selected garments.
Customers are entitled to receive products that conform to the sales agreement.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service team.
We will review complaints individually and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on the NOBEL Store website, including photographs, branding, logos, product descriptions, graphics and original creative materials, belongs to NOBEL Store or its respective rights holders.
