SHIPPING

All NOBEL items are shipped from The Netherlands via DHL. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If your tracking link doesn’t update or seems broken, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size of your order.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • The Netherlands: €4,95 – €9,95 (1–2 business days)

  • EU countries: €9,95 – €35,00 (2–5 business days)

  • UK: £22,00 – £30,00 (2–5 business days)

  • USA: $60,00 – $120,00 (2–5 business days)

  • Other international (outside EU): €52,00 – €180,00 (2-5 business days)

International orders outside the EU are shipped with DHL Express for faster delivery, improved tracking, and smoother customs handling. This ensures a reliable and secure shipping experience no matter where you are.

Order Processing Time

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 16:00 (CET/CEST) are shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.

If you need express delivery in the EU, please contact us, we’re happy to help.

Customs

Please note that NOBEL is not responsible for customs fees, tariffs or duties.

Returns (NOBEL COLLECTIONS ONLY - NOT VINTAGE)

We of course hope you love your NOBEL item(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any NOBEL jewellery or clothing items within your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the following return conditions have been met.

  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order
  • Items must have no signs of wear or damage
  • Items must be in its original condition


PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR VINTAGE ITEMS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


How do I return an item?

Submit your return at esmee@nobelstoredh.nl. We will email you a confirmation and further return instructions. Please note that return costs are at your own expense. 

Returning your item(s) in store is also possible.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a pre-paid return label. 

After your return is inspected and accepted, the refund will be paid as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping costs you paid for.
