Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All of our NOBEL items are shipped from The Netherlands with DHL. You will receive a tracking link by email. In case the tracking link is not updating or working at all, please contact us. 

Shipping costs may vary depending on your address and shipping option. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on any day between Wednesdays-Sundays before 15:00 CET/CEST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Mondays and Tuesdays will be shipped on Wednesdays. 

Shipping in the EU usually takes 2-5 business days.

CUSTOMS

Please note that NOBEL is not responsible for customs fees, tariffs or duties.

RETURNS (JEWELLERY ONLY)

We of course hope you love your NOBEL item(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any jewellery products within your order, you have 14 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the following return conditions have been met.

* Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation

* Items must have no signs of wear or damage

* Items must be in its original condition


PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR CLOTHING ALL SALES ARE FINAL, BOTH VINTAGE AND NOBEL COLLECTIONS.


How do I return an item?

Submit your return at esmee@nobelstoredh.nl. We will email you a confirmation and further return instructions. Please note that return costs are at your own expense. 

Returning your item(s) in store is also possible.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a pre-paid return label. 

After your return is inspected and accepted, the refund will be paid as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping costs you paid for.
