Shipping

All NOBEL items are shipped from The Netherlands via DHL. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If your tracking link doesn’t update or seems broken, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the size of your order.

Here’s what you can expect, depending on the package size and weight:

  • The Netherlands: €4,95 – €9,95 (1–2 business days)

  • EU countries: €9,95 – €35,00 (2–5 business days)

  • UK: £17,00 – £30,00 (2–5 business days)

  • USA: $35,00 – $95 (2–5 business days)

  • Other international (outside EU): €35,00 – €90,00 (2-5 business days)

International orders outside the EU are shipped with DHL Express for faster delivery, improved tracking, and smoother customs handling. This ensures a reliable and secure shipping experience no matter where you are.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order within approximately 2 business days.

If you need express delivery in the EU, please contact us, we’re happy to help.

Order Cancellations

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, payment processing and transaction fees are incurred by NOBEL Store.

For this reason, cancellations requested after an order has been placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This cancellation policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase.

Customs

Please note that NOBEL is not responsible for customs fees, tariffs or duties.

For more information about customs fees, tariffs or duties please contact the local customs office directly for more information before placing your order.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. We advise customers to check the latest local customs rules before placing an order.

We can not and will not refund your order if you refuse to pay duties.

USA Orders

We are happy to offer international shipping to the United States! However, due to recent changes in US customs regulations and import tariffs, we kindly ask all US customers to carefully read the following information before placing an order.

Import Duties & Tariffs

As of August 2025, the United States has eliminated the previous $800 duty-free import exemption. This means that orders of any value may now be subject to import duties, tariffs, and customs processing fees.

Please be aware that:

  • Import duties and tariffs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The amount charged may vary depending on the products ordered, their declared value, country of origin, and current US customs regulations.
  • Customs authorities and shipping carriers determine and collect these charges. NOBEL Store cannot guarantee or predict the exact amount.

Payment of Import Duties

If your order is subject to import duties, you may receive a payment request from DHL Express or the relevant customs authorities.

These charges must be paid before your shipment can be released for delivery.

Failure to pay may result in shipping delays, the return of your package, or additional fees.

Refused Shipments & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that additional import duties or customs charges may apply.

If you refuse to pay the required import duties and your package is returned to NOBEL Store, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or additional carrier fees incurred as a result may be deducted from your refund.

If a shipment is abandoned or not returned to us, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Returns (NOBEL COLLECTIONS ONLY - NOT VINTAGE)

We of course hope you love your NOBEL item(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any NOBEL jewellery or clothing items within your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the following return conditions have been met.

  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving your order
  • Items must have no signs of wear or damage
  • Items must be in its original condition


PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR VINTAGE AND SAMPLE SALE ITEMS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


How do I return an item?

Submit your return at support@nobelstoredh.nl. We will email you a confirmation and further return instructions. Please note that return costs are at your own expense. 

Returning your item(s) in store is also possible.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a pre-paid return label. 

After your return is inspected and accepted, the refund will be paid as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping costs you paid for.
